Aside from the stuff you can get at from the navigation bar at the top of each page, there's a little bit more on this site, but not much...
- Bedford Regatta
2004 - I towed a trailer over there at the start of 2004 and watched a few races.
Some of the crews with boats on the trailer wanted to get at the pictures and
movies I took, so here they are.
- Virtual Music - a "sketch" of a possible design (or
at least an approach) for a music portal. Since MP3.com went, some people have
moved to Ampcast but many set up their own sites. This means there's a lot of
material out there, but it's fragmented; there is less of a feeling of a
community than there used to be. The Virtual Music site is one way of trying to
pull things back together.
- '99 RC archive
- an archive of the Cambridge '99 Rowing Club
from just before it changed Webmaster. The site got overhauled to simplify the
things available, which was good except there were a few things I used quite
often that got taken out. As the outgoing Webmaster I decided to keep a copy
for my own records and use.
- Web search, cutting out as many of the (IMHO) useless price comparison sites as
I could think of. Hit 'Search' to get to the search engine with a list of
excluded sites filled in, then bung your own query text in front of them:
